EADS defence and security integrates BULATS into its global language training strategy

EADS defence and security, which comprises such important companies as Airbus, Eurocopter, MBDA and others, has integrated the Business Language Testing Service (BULATS) into its language program as part of its global strategy for language training. BULATS will be used to assess the initial language level of employees in English, German, Spanish and French prior to beginning language training courses.
This new adoption at EADS involves sites in France and Germany initially but could be extended to other units in other sites in Europe. The fact that BULATS is available to test the four key languages of EADS, as well as advantages in terms of flexibility and speed of results, were leading factors that influenced EADS decision.
